At Sprinkled with Grace, we pour love and intention into every gift box we curate. Your happiness matters to us, and we’re committed to making your experience smooth and stress-free.
💕 Returns
Because many of our gift boxes are curated and made to order, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
Proof of purchase is required
Please note:
Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly email us with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly offer:
A replacement, or
A refund (depending on stock availability)
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error was on our side)
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
🌿 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been prepared or shipped.
